Step 1: Click the “Forgot Password”

Step 2: Click “By One Time Password(OTP) via SMS”

Step 3: Key in your Full Name, NRIC No and User ID. If you dont remember your User ID call : 03 2783 0200

Step 4: Key in your New Password, Confirm New Password and click on “Request Security Code”

Step 5: It will appear pop-up window that the system have send the code to your registered phone number. Once received, key in the Security code and click submit.

Step 6: You may login with new password.
